Excellent Hotel Experience
hotel engineer front desk convenient location friendly staff
My room included several amenities I do not find at many places, like umbrellas! The front desk staff was very friendly. Housekeeping and the hotel engineer were also great. The location is convenient. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Dupont Circle.
The water fountain did not work. Fixing it was not done for at least three days.

The front desk staff was very cute (it made a big difference!). my premium 1 king bed room was spacious. i liked having a refrigerator in the room. It was useful for storing drinks.

amazing kindness ideal location spacious room modern decor
The hotel staff displayed amazing kindness, especially when I needed assistance with directions. The hotel's location was ideal. I found a variety of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The room was spacious and clean. It had modern decor .
I noticed the ice machine on my floor was a little noisy at night. This slightly disturbed my sleep.
